• About Us : Internetshopuk was created in 2002 as mainly an online retailer run as a family bussiness. In oct 2007 the company changed over to a LTD company. internetshopuk.com LTD expected anual turnover to reach 2 milllion GBP in it's first full years trading. The comapny as grown from strengh to strengh over the years avoiding many of businesses downfalls by expanding off the back of it's own growth without the help from any finacail institutions. This approach as given the comapny a secure foundation to build on for the future. We have imported over the last few years, but have concertrated mainly on fitness & exercise equipment. We now want to take our importing to the next level. The company holds over 2000 different lines and we would like to convert most of our lines from current whoolesale purchases to direct imports. We do have agreements in place with certain factories that produce our own branded products. We are looking for factories that are willing to lower there normal minimum orders for branding so that we can consolidate many lines within each container. Although we know that this is not ideal for many factories the ones which we have made agreements with have benifited from this approach as we place regular continued orders. Our way of thinking is that we can not volume order all of our 2000 lines as we do not have the capacity to do so but the lines that we bring in have a fast turn around, which ensures that each factory gets regular repeat orders. We even have one factory that stock piles our brand and sends us a container every other week picking form there stock pile of our branded products. We totally understand that for a factory to produce a branded order for one line of just 200 products is time consuming, however when you times that one line buy up to twenty different lines which are repeated throughout the year the factory obviously see's the long term benifits of entering a business relationship with our company. We are a fast growing comapny and any factory that gets involved with our approach and way of thinking will benifit from our growth. We as a comapny do not have a niche market and will consider any nature of products and feel this approach as stood us well over the years. we are curently Importing exercise & fitness Equipment, Plug & play games consoles (8000 just for christmas) hand held electronic media players cameras. but we wish to broaden this to many more lines. We as a company expect a lot from our supply partners, we require quality guarantee's on our products and will not stand for a return rate of more than 2% on any one line. We are also very strict with documentation and require all required documentation before any order is placed. This will be checked to ensure it is genuine, as we are trying to build brands which are known by members of the public for quality and assurance that they are fully EU compliant. We ask for any factory not to waste our time sending information on products which they are fully aware are not complaint. All products must have testing reports, CE and electrical products must have EMC and RoHs. We also require good cominication and good response times. Companies that meet our requirements are in return rewarded with loyalty by our company in the form of regular orders.
