About Us : JSC Khujaikon Tuz operates the single biggest salt mine in Uzbekistan, located in the downfalls of Kuhitang mountains, in a triangle betJSC Khujaikon Tuzen the Republic of Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Afghanistan. It has been operating since 1954, but reorganized in its current form in 2003 due to privatization of the salt mine. Current production volume for all types of salts is about 60 thousand MT a month, with the production potential of over 100 000 MT a month. More than half of the product is sold on contract basis, about 41% being reserved for traditional spot buyers. Currently JSC Khujaikon Tuz is planning to launch its own fine salt production line, procurement of equipments for which is going on. As well as offering our salt to our foreign partners, we are also here to look for potential suppliers of equipments for our needs.
