Car-San Manufacturing Limited have been in business in the Kitchener-Waterloo area for over 20 years providing Quality Electronic Manufacturing Services. We have re-located to our new facility at 222 McIntyre Drive in Kitchener, ON. Our focus is in electronics assembly work from prototype to small and medium production volumes. We have a broad range of assembly equipment in order to accommodate the latest in component packaging advances as well as the capability to produce RoHS compliant products. We also provide Rework services for BGA and RoHS assemblies. We are interested in pursuing business with companies who wish to establish a mutually beneficial partnership with Car-San acting as an extension to their own in-house production team. We provide excellent work, timely deliveries, and a no-nonsense repair and return policy, as well as a friendly and professional staff. We constantly work with our customers to improve manufacturability by suggesting changes, which would reduce assembly, inspection or testing costs yet maintaining quality standards. We now have our ISO9001: 2000 certification (you can see a copy of our certificate on our website) and are current members of IPC, the SMTA and ESD / EOS Associations. We are very knowledgeable of pertinent IPC guidelines and all work is produced in accordance to current specifications with respect to assembly and ESD procedures.
