Do feel free to make enquiries and if possible do send your LOI. Please find below our procedures: PROCEEDURE: 1. BUYER issue LOI2. Seller issue FCO3. Buyer signs the FCO and sends it to the Seller4. Seller issues Draft Contract. 5. Buyer signs the Draft contract and sends it to the seller. 6. Buyer's Bank opens Transferable SBLC / Transferable LC for seller as agreed by seller's Bank. 7. Buyer uses US, Western Europe or Hong Kong Prime Banks for confirmation. 8. Upon receipt of the agreed pre-advice SBLC by MT799, seller activates 2% Performance Bond9. Buyer or it`s representative visit`s site for inspection. 10. Seller checks quantity and quality with SGS at loading port. 11. At the buyer's request, the seller will allow the buyer or his representative to be present at loading port. 12. Seller begins shipments. Regards. Tom Galand.
