The apple orchard is fully covered with a netting offering protection against sunbum and hall. The trees are regularly drip-irrigated. In the professionally designed plant, the aim is to attain the maximum possible productivity in agriculture.The company aims to obtain 20 to 30 kilos of apples per tree by the end of the fifth year.Mondial gala, breaburn, top red, jonogo red, pinova, estar, elshof, fuji, summerred, crowngold, santana spedes of apples are produced by ornek tarim.Those are the most preferred and prestigious species of apple throughout the world. Mondial gala is sought out in the middle eastern countries whhe breaburn, jonogo red, fuji elstar are preferred in European countries and top red is in demand in Turkey, summerred is produced in summer.Containing not only organic acids, phosphor and soda but also vitamins a, b I, b2, c and e, apples are consumed as either fresh fruits or fruit juice.
