In 2007, the Contract for Technical Development was entered into with Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences(IEE, CAS). IEE, CAS & Eoplly Efficient Energy-saving Solar Cell Technology Development Center, and IEE, CAS & Eoplly Efficient Energy-saving Solar Cell Industrialization Pilotscale Experiment Base were established in Beijing. In addition, the production base of this company is also called IEE, CAS & Eoplly Efficient Energy-saving Solar Cell Industrialization Base. In 2008, by cooperating with China Space Flight Keqiang Science and Technology Co., Ltd., this company established China Space Flight Eoplly Photovoltaic Modules Production Base. In the early 2009, the company was approved to establish the Postdoctoral Scientific Work Station by Personnel Department of Jiangsu Province.
