Years later, as an international chef his career took him all over the world working in Tahiti, South Africa, Italy, Great Britain and his homeland, France. At his own award winning restaurants and as an in-demand guest chef for a number of international personalities, Yves has always been well aware of demanding client expectations and the need to maintain consistently high standards.
