The facilities in Rio Verde Derivados da Cana-de-acucar Ltda. micro-distillery of alcohol fuel, incentivated by the government project proalcool, which were inoperative since 1989, underwent technical adjustments for the production of handmade cachaca. Today we produce forty thousands liters / year of pure cachaca. The great cachaca starts with the careful selection of the best sugar cane varieties followed by the cut with no field burning. Natural fermentation, without additives, is one of the most delicate processes and it hides the secrets of the quality cachaca. After fermentation the beverage is then patiently distilled in alembics, resulting in a high quality beverage. For the good cachaca, aging is fundamental so it can express its quality, softening the palate and enhancing its bouquet. The cachaca sabor brasil is a special spirit, carefully distilled in alembics and stored in oak barrels, obtaining particular colour, taste and aroma. 42% vol. 700mlThe cachaca agua santa is distilled in alembics and stored in wooden vats (amendoim) , guaranteeing unique and remarkable characteristics. 42% vol. 700ml
