Types of forgings: Rings (OD up to 2000 mm, height up to 600 mm, mass up to 5000 KG) Round and rectangular shafts (OD up to 800 mm, length up to 9000 mm, mass up to 8000 KG) Hollow cylinders (OD up to 600 mm, ID up to 400 mm, length up to 1500 mm, mass up to 4000 KG) Disks (OD up to 1600 mm, height 130-500 mm, mass up to 4500 KG) Plates, cubes (max. 700x700x1200, mass up to 500 KG) Press forming is performed by hot forging using 1, 1. 5, 2, 3. 7, 6 t hammers and hot pressing on eccentric hot stamp presses of 1600, 2500, 4000 tons. We perform all types of castings.
