The best olives are selected and crushed. Our olive oil comes from just one origin, from northern Aegean coast Turkey. Unlike many, we do not blend olive oil from several nations or even other regions, nor do we mix in, nor do we try to hide the real origins by deceptive labeling. The soil that is now belongs to the nation of Turkey is actually the original home of the olive tree. Some of our olive oil comes from trees that have been bearing fruit for 1,000 years! A few miles from our office are the remnants of perhaps the oldest known olive oil factory. 2,500 years ago olive oil was being produced on here on the Mediterranean coast (Aegean Sea).
