Under this contract system, the farmer is contracted to plant Jatropha on his land, harvest and deliver the produce at specified delivery point in their village. They receive immediate cash payments for their produce at govt. Specified rates at delivery point itself. Towards these ends, we provide the farmer with selected inputs like Prepare blueprint for agricultural practices to suit local conditions and intellectual & financial means of the farmer, evaluation of promising varieties and hybrids, supply elite planting materials in the form of 2-3 month old saplings at zero cost to the farmer from our various nurseries developed at village level. We provide the technical guidance and investments necessary for land preparation & planting, Crop monitoring during growing period, water requirements and irrigation scheduling, fertilizer programs and nutrition monitoring, pest & diseases control, transportation logistics etc. Our extension services team provide farmer training & education program. Supply of high quality jatropha seeds for plantations Large sized, weighing 1300 to 1350 nos. Per KG, Dark brown / black in color. Fresh seeds harvested within 1 to 2 months of placing the order with germination rates 90% Minimum oil content 40% , only selected seeds (fully matured w / o broken or cracked seeds) with airtight polythene packing.
