Daas Beers are brewed in Hainaut the famous Belgian province known for its fine hand crafted beers and part of the agriculturally rich Walloon Region. Daas Organic beers are bottle conditioned. This means that the beer is naturally fermented for a second time in the bottle, in a similar way to the production of Champagne. Our bottle-conditioned beer will still taste superb many months after the pasteurized equivalent has become un-drinkable. Daas produces an exceptional range of premium hand crafted beers and the Daas Organic Blond. Daas Blond is the authentic Belgian strong golden beer, its honey spice aroma and perfect balance of bitter sweet flavours are followed by a classic dry hop finish. A perfect aperitif beer. The Daas Organic Witte, which is very well received by women beer drinkers is a naturally cloudy Belgian wheat beer. Its fruity blend of subtle citrus (baked oranges) and spice (coriander) flavours compliment its crispy dry and bitter hop finish.
